Good quotes from "Whoever makes the most mistakes wins"
These are some good quotes about being objective while succeeding. We need to always evaluate where we are and be brutally honest with our need to improve.
-The most farsighted corporations reinvent their culture before they are forced to.
-They distrust apparent success, and begin to transform themselves once again as soon as a renewed cycle is completed.
-Even when a transformation is apparently successful, it is viewed not as an episode but as a never-completed story.
-Healthy originations in the future will be constantly self-scrutinizing, continually self-renewing, regularly overhauling their culture.
If we want to last as leaders we must refuse to be complacent. Don't allow your current success to keep you from succeeding for the long-haul.

Thoughts and quotes on "Common Purpose" by Joel Kurtzman
Chapter 5 - The Best Leaders are Part of the Group
- Leadership is not about what you do its who you are. As a leader you model who you are to others more than what you do. What you model is what others will do. The behavior of those around you is a mirror of what you've been modeling.
- People always watch people at the top. You can't change that, but you can use it to the company's advantage.
- Leaders can't treat themselves differently from the rest of the team.
- Leaders need to have character.
- Leaders don't tell people what to do, they dialogue with people and empower them to make decisions.
Jesus was the best leader of all. He was the servant of all. Allow Him to be your example in leading others.
