- Leadership is not about what you do its who you are. As a leader you model who you are to others more than what you do. What you model is what others will do. The behavior of those around you is a mirror of what you've been modeling.
- People always watch people at the top. You can't change that, but you can use it to the company's advantage.
- Leaders can't treat themselves differently from the rest of the team.
- Leaders need to have character.
- Leaders don't tell people what to do, they dialogue with people and empower them to make decisions.
Jesus was the best leader of all. He was the servant of all. Allow Him to be your example in leading others.
